About Me
Hangyu Li
Hangyu Li is currently an Assistant Professor within the Intelligent Information Processing (IIP) Lab, in the State Key Laboratory of Integrated Services Networks at Xidian University. He received his B.Eng. degree in Electronic and Information Engineering from Shandong University in 2017, and his Ph.D. degree in Information and Telecommunications Engineering from Xidian University in 2023, supervised by Prof. Nannan Wang. From 2023 to 2025, he was a Post-doctoral Research Fellow in the TMLR group (headed by Dr. Bo Han) at the Department of Computer Science, Hong Kong Baptist University.
His research focuses on trustworthy machine learning and the practical application of multimodal emotion understanding and generation, semi-supervised learning, and multi-label learning. He has published several articles in top-tier journals and proceedings, including IEEE TPAMI, IEEE TIP, IEEE TAFFC, IEEE TMM, IEEE TCSVT, CVPR, and IJCAI.
